Open your own limited company in Hong Kong, and appoint us to manage it for you. We’ll coordinate all the paperwork, open bank accounts for you, handle the annual audits, and manage everything efficiently so that your business achieves the results you want. We’ll also offer advice and make recommendations about the do’s and don’ts of doing business in Asia.
Appoint us to act as an extension of your company in Asia, without forming a limited company.
We’ll handle all your accounting needs – everything from managing simple petty cash accounts to keeping the complex transaction records of shipments that are needed for annual audits (if you own a limited company in Hong Kong).
We don’t claim to be a sourcing company, but we WILL guide you to the right factories, and we’ll carry out factory evaluations when you want to find a new factory.
We won’t handle project development for you, but we WILL guide you in the right methods to ensure your projects are developed on time and within budget.
With the help of our partner, Quality Control Services Ltd (QCS), we provide inspection services, factory evaluations, human rights compliance inspections, and CTPAT inspections, to the same standard as the well-known inspection companies, at half the cost. We’ll work with all parties involved to coordinate this in line with your requirements.
We’re experienced in managing the complex challenges of shipping multiple components within China to make a final product, so we’ll help with coordinating the delivery of such components.
When you’re shipping out goods FOB Hong Kong for YOUR client (say a major retailer), their Asian office will have strict requirements regarding the coordination of production, inspection, testing, and shipping. We have longstanding relationships with the Asian offices of all the major retailers, and we know what they want and need. So that means no nasty surprises for you (or your client) when the goods are inspected.
We’ll liaise with your client’s forwarder (or your designated forwarder) to arrange all the documents that are needed to book the shipment in advance, and we’ll prepare all the necessary shipping documents. The members of our shipping team have many years of experience, so they know what’s required and they guarantee meticulous attention to detail.
We understand how important it is to handle all the documentation, based on your client’s LC, and we’ll be able to tell you if there’s a problem with an LC before the shipment happens. We’ll also coordinate with all the parties involved to get Mate receipts to the right parties. That way, invoices get into the hands of the right parties faster, and everyone gets paid faster. We’ll also track payments if necessary.
